Refunds for Credit and Non-Credit Courses
Administrative Procedure 2.102
Students must formally withdraw from a course to be eligible for a refund. A tuition refund for credit courses will be granted according to the following schedule. Check the academic calendar or registration guide for specific deadlines for each term, as dates may vary depending on the course format or session length. It's important to complete the withdrawal process through the appropriate channels—merely stopping attendance does not qualify as an official withdrawal and may affect your eligibility for a refund. Be sure to keep a copy of your withdrawal confirmation for your records. If you need assistance, contact the admissions or registrar’s office.
