Launch a Stable Career with Free CDL Training Through Pace Bus Hiring Events

Are you looking for a great career at a reliable local company with many opportunities for advancement? Meet with Pace Bus at one of the monthly hiring events at ECC.

Eligible applicants (as determined by PACE) receive free training at ECC to prepare for the Class B Commercial Driver's Permit. After passing the permit exams, they can immediately start work for PACE.

The screening process will include:

• Application Completion
• Computer Assessment/Questionnaire
• Background Check (case-by-case/non-violent offense)
• Vouchers Provided for Drug Screens

Applicants must have a valid driver's license and a court-ordered Motor Vehicle Report with a clean driving record. MVRs may be obtained from the DMV or the Secretary of State for $12. For more information, visit the Illinois Office of the Secretary of State website.
