ServSafe Food Manager

Learn a practical approach to food safety based on the criteria established by the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH). This course will prepare you for the ANSI Accredited National Food Manager Exam, administered at the end of the class. Your book and first exam are included. (1-2 days/10 hours).  Classes are available in English and Spanish. (1-2 days/10 hours)
