This course teaches the essential skills needed to operate an industrial lift truck safely. You will earn an OSHA certification and a driver evaluation for both sit-down and stand-up forklifts. Training is offered in English and Spanish to support diverse learners. Whether you are new to forklift operation or want to improve your skills, this course helps you work safely and meet industry standards.
ServSafe Food Manager
Prepare to become a certified food manager with this comprehensive food safety course. The curriculum follows the Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) guidelines. It prepares you for the ANSI-accredited National Food Manager Exam, which is given at the end of the course. Your textbook and first exam are included. Offered in English and Spanish, this 1–2 day course (10 hours) gives you the knowledge you need to manage food safety in any food service setting.
