At Elgin Community College, Military Branches United (MBU) is committed to promoting camaraderie and support for veterans and individuals connected to the armed forces while emphasizing success in college. Our goal is to create an inclusive atmosphere that fosters a sense of community and provides guidance and educational leadership to veterans and interested students, regardless of their service status. Joining the MBU, alongside the Student Veterans of America (SVA) and the Veterans National Honor Society (SALUTE) clubs, offers a pathway to both personal and academic success in college, creating a supportive community for those who have served and those connected to the military.
