Program Description

Pastry and culinary arts certificates prepare students with the skills to plan, purchase, prepare, and present food in a variety of settings ranging from cafeterias, banquet halls, bakeries, and small diners to clubs and gourmet restaurants. Shorter-term certificates emphasize cooking, baking, and preparation skills only.
