Admissions Procedures

The Surgical Technology program is a four-semester Associate of Applied Science degree program. It is a limited enrollment program that admits students according to clinical site openings each August. All candidates are evaluated using a specialized admission procedure. Students must submit admission materials and meet admission requirements before the application is considered for review. After the deadline, students will be notified by letter via email of their status (accepted, waiting list, or incomplete requirements). The screening process takes approximately one to two weeks. The Surgical Technology AAS program admits one time per year. Fall only, June 1 application deadline for Fall admission.
