Joint Agreement Request Form

Students residing in District 509 who wish to complete an associate in applied science degree or a certificate in a Career/Technical program not offered at ECC may be approved to complete that degree or certificate at another participating Illinois community college at that college’s in-district tuition rate. Please review ECC’s Degree Programs and Certificates list closely, as well as our Continuing Education opportunities. Once you have verified that ECC does not offer the program you wish to complete, and you have identified that program at one of our partner community colleges, you may complete this Request Form.

Please note: Joint agreements are only eligible for AAS and Certificate programs that ECC does not offer. Please review the joint agreement guidelines for more information on what is and is not an eligible program.
