The Workforce Development and Continuing Education division connects education with real-world opportunity. ECC partners with local employers, entrepreneurs, and community members to strengthen the regional workforce through customized corporate training, professional development, and continuing education programs.
Through the Illinois Small Business Development Center (SBDC) located right on campus, small businesses can access one-on-one advising, startup guidance, financial planning, and growth strategies—all at no cost.
This division also supports student success and lifelong learning by coordinating the college’s academic programs, industry certifications, and support services to ensure learners and employers alike have the tools they need to thrive in today’s rapidly changing economy.
