How to Order ECC Transcripts

Things to know before ordering your transcript:

• Transcripts for personal use should be sent to your email address.
• For paper transcripts, please allow up to two business days for processing. 

ECC partnered with Parchment to provide free official transcript copies, even if you're no longer a student. Here’s how.

Current Students

1. Log in to accessECC Portal and select Students.
2. Under "Student Apps," choose Transcript Requests from the "Most Used" tab.
3. Follow the prompts to order your transcripts securely.
4. To create an account, you'll need to enter your personal information, the highest level of education, and contact information.

Former Students

1. Order transcripts with Parchment.
2. Follow the prompts to order your transcripts securely.
3. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient and will deliver your transcripts to your chosen colleges in their preferred format.

Transfer Credit

We’re committed to crediting you for as much of your prior coursework as possible.
