Mu Alpha Theta is Elgin Community College’s national mathematics honor society and student club dedicated to promoting excellence in mathematics. The club supports students in developing strong problem-solving skills, deepening their understanding of mathematical concepts, and celebrating academic achievement. Members take part in math competitions, tutoring fellow students, interactive workshops, guest speaker events, and community outreach initiatives—gaining valuable experience and leadership skills.
