TRIO Upward Bound is a federally funded college-preparation program that provides eligible high school students with guidance, academic support, and college and career exploration opportunities as they navigate high school and prepare for college and career success.
Counselors, teachers, and other school staff may use this form to recommend students who may benefit from TRIO Upward Bound services.
