Mark Turcotte, 6th Illinois Poet Laureate, visits Elgin Community College on Thursday, February 26th. Creative writers in the community. In the evening at 6pm, he reads from his work, Exploding Chippewas and The Feathered Heart. Both events are free and open to everyone. While reserving a spot is not required, it helps us prepare and it can be a useful reminder as the event date approaches.
