The Teaching, Learning, and Student Development division supports excellence in instruction and student success through innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The division oversees key areas that strengthen academic quality and the student experience, including the Assessment of Student Learning Outcomes, the Center for the Enhancement of Teaching, Assessment, and Learning (CETAL), Curriculum and Compliance, and Student and Academic Systems. Together, these departments help ensure that ECC’s courses, programs, and teaching practices meet the highest standards—empowering faculty and staff to enhance learning, improve outcomes, and support every student’s educational journey.
