This College Transitions & Secondary Partnerships division is dedicated to expanding access to higher education by helping students prepare for college success before they even enroll. Through college readiness programs, early outreach initiatives, and targeted intervention services, Elgin Community College facilitates a smooth transition for individuals of all ages and backgrounds into college-level learning.
From dual credit and early college partnerships with local high schools to bridge and transition programs that strengthen academic skills, ECC opens the door to opportunity. By supporting students early and often, this division ensures that more learners can start strong, stay on track, and achieve their educational goals.
