Located on the lower level of the Streamwood Village Hall, Elgin Community College hosts English as a Second Language (ESL) classes for students. The location has offered evening classes in this location for nearly 25 years.
To sign up for classes follow this process
- Complete inquiry at www.elgin.edu/adulted
- Complete intake – receive Class Card
- Take a pre-test in Building B at 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin, Illinois
- Attend an orientation – receive placement
- Register for classes
- Attend class (start August - end December)
