Elgin Community College to Host Annual Job Fair This October

Elgin Community College will host its Fall 2026 Job Fair on Tuesday, October 20, from 9 am to 12 pm. The event will be held at ECC’s Spartan Drive Campus, 1700 Spartan Drive, in Building J's Events Center.

The fair is an opportunity for community members to connect with local employers from a wide range of industries—manufacturing, health care, business, childcare, IT, and more—who will be joining us. Opportunities are available across all industries and skill levels, so there’s something for everyone. 

“Job fairs create powerful connections between local employers and community members. They not only open doors to meaningful careers but also strengthen our local economy and provide opportunities for people to improve their lives through learning and work,” said Gina De rosier Cook, Dean of Workforce Development and Continuing Education.

For the upcoming fair, community members are encouraged to attend—no registration is required. Participants should bring copies of their resumes to share with employers. ECC offers resume workshops for students and the community.
