Elgin Community College will host its Spring 2026 Job Fair on Wednesday, April 22, from 9 am to 12 pm. The event will be held on ECC’s Spartan Drive Campus, 1700 Spartan Drive, in Building J Events Center.

The fair is an opportunity for community members to connect with local employers from a wide range of industries—manufacturing, healthcare, business, childcare, IT, and more—who will be joining us. Opportunities are open to all industries and skill levels, so there’s something for everyone. Over 100 local employers will be in attendance.

“Job fairs create powerful connections between local employers and community members. They not only open doors to meaningful careers but also strengthen our local economy and provide opportunities for people to improve their lives through learning and work,” said Dr. De rosier Cook, Dean of Workforce Development and Continuing Education.

The fall 2025 job fair brought together more than 400 job seekers, highlighting the strong impact this event has on both community members and local businesses.

For the upcoming fair, community members are encouraged to attend—no registration is required. Participants should bring copies of their resumes to share with employers. ECC offers resume workshops for students and the community. Sign up for resume workshops here.

Employers are encouraged to register for the fair at this link. A list of registered employers is available at elgin.edu/jobfair.
