ECC & OrthoIllinois Present Path2Practice Careers in Physical Therapy

Elgin Community College (ECC) and OrthoIllinois are partnering to present the Path2Practice Careers in Physical Therapy event on Friday, October 23, for individuals interested in a career in physical therapy. 

Learn directly from both faculty and practicing clinicians about the physical therapy profession, educational pathways, and career opportunities. This event will take place from 9 to 11:30 am at 1700 Spartan Drive, Building A, Room A157 in Elgin.

The event includes presentations about physical therapy coursework and career opportunities, a tour of the health professional building, lunch, and an opportunity to network with fellow students and rehab professionals.

Learn about required coursework, curriculum, clinical partnerships, and program admissions requirements. Explore career opportunities and hear insights from professionals working in the field. 

Tour, 11 to 11:30 am

Tour the Health Professions building and discover a hands-on learning environment designed to prepare students for careers in healthcare.

Lunch & Networking, 11:30 am

Connect with rehabilitation professionals and fellow students. 

Additional Clinical Shadowing Opportunity

Sign up at the event to schedule a shadowing day at an OrthoIllinois location. You will observe rehabilitation clinicians in practice and gain firsthand exposure to the profession.
