Elgin Community College (ECC) will welcome more than 145 colleges and universities to its annual College Night on Wednesday, October 15, from 6 to 8 pm in the Building J Events Center, 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin, Illinois.

This free event is open to all current college students, high school students, and prospective students, along with their families. Attendees can connect directly with representatives from a wide range of in-state and out-of-state colleges and universities to learn more about transfer options, admission requirements, academic programs, scholarships, and campus life.

“College Night is a one-stop opportunity for students to explore their next steps after ECC or high school,” said Elizabeth Herrera, director of student recruitment and outreach at the college. “With so many institutions gathered in one place, students can ask questions, compare options, and start building their path toward a degree or career.”

The event is sponsored by the Illinois Association for College Admission Counseling (IACAC) in partnership with ECC and other area schools.
