Search for Elgin Community College’s Next President

Dr. Pakou Yang currently serves as provost/vice president of academic and student affairs at Century College in Minnesota. Prior to that, Dr. Yang served as vice president of student affairs and enrollment management, academic dean, and faculty member, as well as system director of P-20 and college readiness at Minnesota State Colleges and Universities. Dr. Yang earned a bachelor's degree in communication and psychology from the University of Minnesota Duluth, a master's degree in communication with an emphasis on intercultural communication from the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee, and a doctorate in organizational leadership, policy, and development from the University of Minnesota.
