For a limited time in 2025, we have the following grant-funded training available:

Leadership - Small business employees can take free introductory classes in Personal Discovery, Emotional Intelligence, Technical Skills, Conflict Resolution, and Change Management. These courses help build essential skills for effective leadership and team growth.
English as a Second Language - Improve communication, safety, and employee engagement by bringing ECC's best-in-class ESL program to your place of business at no cost!
Certificates - Certify your workforce with OSHA-compliant training in Forklift Operator, Forklift Train the Trainer, and AHA CPR/First Aid and BLS CPR.
Safety - We're on a mission to help companies improve safety for their workers by offering three incredible programs: A Mock OSHA Audit, a Safety Culture Survey, and an OSHA Inspection Preparedness Training. All are available at no cost through the grant.
