Our state-of-the-art building features a range of spaces for rent—from a 670-seat proscenium theatre to a 168-seat black box theatre and numerous classrooms. Notes

• Not for Profit organizations receive a 20 percent discount on standard space rental rates only.
• We reserve the right to change or modify space rental rates, service charges, and personnel rates.
• Service and personnel rates may increase annually. There is no percentage cap on these increases, even in long-term contracts over one year.
• Additional fees may apply for event date or equipment changes requested fewer than 10 business days before the scheduled event. Based on the nature of the changes, these fees will be assessed as reasonable.

Late Request Clause

• The Arts Center reserves the right to deny any late requests for equipment, labor, rehearsal time, or similar needs. These must be included in the original Production Request Form, which is due 30 days before the event.
• Additionally, if the late request is granted, the following provisions may be implemented:
  • Previously agreed-upon discounts, whether written or verbal, may be reduced or voided, including waived rates like the NFP discount.
  • If no discount applies, the Arts Center may add $250 or 20 percent—whichever is greater—to any rental rate.
  • ECC may charge 1.5 times the hourly rental rate for staff labor required to handle last-minute requests. If additional hours are needed, these labor costs will apply. Productions may also incur a 25 percent upcharge for any equipment rented on short notice.
