In this information session, we'll provide more context for two great new classes:

Finding & Fixing Process Gaps - Something is costing you revenue, profit, time, or safety, and you can’t quite pinpoint what it is. This class teaches tools and frameworks for finding and fixing gaps in production, communication, training, remote/field work, digital communication, and more.

Preparing for Acquisition - You're ready to sell, or there's an offer to buy your company. Sadly, only 20% of businesses sell, and only 20% of sellers get the purchase price they thought they could. This is because, too often, owners don't have the right records, procedures, practices, or bookkeeping in place to maximize the sale. If you want to receive top dollar for your business when you sell, this class is for you!
