In this information session, you'll learn about two great new Corporate Training classes.

ERP CPR (Core Process Re-engagement) - You spent big bucks on a new ERP that almost nobody uses, that money is going to waste, and you're not sure how to re-engage your workforce to use it. We have the answer.

Setting Up a Project Management Office (PMO) - You have different locations, siloed departments, or remote/field workers. Projects are suffering from a lack of cohesion, consistency, efficiency, or clarity. This class teaches how to bring all the fragmented projects and processes into one “office” to improve communication and reduce errors, conflicts, and confusion.
