Join Elgin Community College for the EV Technology Open House on Wednesday, October 14, from 4–6 pm at the Manufacturing & Technology Center, Building S, Room S111. Explore the future of electric vehicle technology through interactive demonstrations, an outdoor EV showcase, and conversations with ECC faculty about careers in automotive technology, energy management, fire science, and advanced manufacturing.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about high-voltage battery systems, EV charging infrastructure, battery safety, and renewable energy while discovering the education and training pathways that prepare students for careers in the growing electrification industry. This free event is open to prospective students, community members, industry partners, and anyone interested in the future of transportation and sustainable technologies.
