The Psalms provide a wealth of poetry and emotion for this exceptional work. It was premiered by the Chorale in 1985. Robert Hanson is a prolific conductor and composer who has served as the music director and conductor of both the Elgin Master Chorale and the Elgin Symphony Orchestra.
