Chicago Repertory Ballet focuses on examining the dance genre from a contemporary perspective. Their individual choreographic style blends classical ballet with contemporary dance forms. They challenge preconceived notions of the art form while bringing innovative dance that defies labels to the stage. With choreographic works such as “The Four Seasons,” “Le Sacre Du Printemps,” and (Artistic Director Wade Schaaf's) “Macbeth,” they bring storytelling to the forefront of the company's repertoire.
