Nursing Application Deadline (Fall Admission)
The deadline to apply for nursing programs is January 15 for the fall semester start.

Physical Therapy Assistant Application Deadline (Fall Admission)
The deadline to apply for the Physical Therapy Assistant Program is February 15 for the fall semester start.
Deadline: District 509 Scholarship Application
Board of Trustees Scholarships are for graduating high school seniors. Apply by July 1 for priority processing for the fall.
Nursing Application Deadline (Spring Admission)
The deadline to apply for nursing programs is August 15 for the spring semester start.
Deadline: Board of Trustees Scholarship Application for Spring
Apply by November 1 for priority processing for spring. You can apply after the priority dates, but you may not be awarded by the payment due date.
