Future Spartan High School Visits

Join us on select Fridays for Future Spartan High School Visits during the fall and spring semesters. High schools from District 509 are invited to tour our vibrant campus, explore our exciting academic programs, and learn how to start your college journey with us. During your visit, you'll discover our many student support services, meet with faculty and current students, and see why ECC is a great place to begin your future. You’ll also get a chance to learn about available scholarships, financial aid, career resources, student organizations, and the wide range of opportunities available to all students. Don’t miss this chance to experience our welcoming campus, see our cutting-edge facilities, and get a feel for campus life. We are here to support your educational aspirations and prepare you for success in your future career. High School Visit Guidelines

• All events occur on select Fridays during the regular academic year.
• Groups should plan to arrive by 9:30 am and depart by 12:15 pm.
• If your group plans to eat on campus, please indicate this on your registration form. Space requests are based on availability.
• One adult chaperone is required for every 25 students.
• High school staff are responsible for the supervision of students. High school visitors to campus are expected to be respectful and obey all campus guidelines and rules to avoid disrupting classes in session.
• If you must cancel or reschedule your visit, don't hesitate to contact admissions@elgin.edu at least three business days before the event.

District 509 high schools needing a high school group visit requiring special accommodations or an ELL visit should contact their assigned Recruitment Coordinator or admissions@elgin.edu to make arrangements.
