PREPARES YOU FOR: COMPANY FIRE OFFICER (COFO) CERTIFICATION, OFFICE OF THE STATE FIRE MARSHAL (OSFM) Prepare to perform leadership duties at the company officer level in accordance with Illinois OSFM standards. This course is for experienced firefighters to develop skills in supervision, incident command, decision-making, safety management, and effective communication to lead crews. You must meet all OSFM course requirements before attending. (120 hours)
