Personal Safety for Students
Overview
Build confidence and practical self-defense skills to prepare for college and independent living. Students will learn personal safety awareness, situational strategies, boundary-setting, and basic techniques. Students will come away with tools to stay safe on campus and while commuting, traveling, and navigating new environments. (2 hours) Ages 18 to 20
