Applied Music-Half Lesson

Overview

Private music instruction from professional musicians is available in piano, strings, guitar, woodwinds, brass, percussion and voice. Each semester, students take 14 half-hour lessons per section. Students MUST RECEIVE INSTRUCTOR CONSENT to register and should contact the Performing Arts office at 847-214-7044, to receive contact information for the instructor(s) before registering. Once consent is obtained, register in person in the Registration department located the SRC. Hours: M-Th 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. and FR 8 a.m. - 4 p.m. Registration phone: 847-214-7393. All students, other than voice and piano students, must provide their own instrument. (Students age 16 and over may register for college credit for private lessons by enrolling in MUS 140)
