BLS for Healthcare Providers
Overview
BLS CPR/AED for Healthcare Professionals is a four-hour, in-person class that provides the required CPR training and certification needed for healthcare professionals and healthcare students including CNAs, dental assistants, EMTs and paramedics, pharmacy technicians, phlebotomists, and more. Participants will learn to promptly recognize several life-threatening emergencies, give high-quality chest compressions, deliver appropriate ventilations, and provide early use of an AED. Upon successful completion, students will receive a CPR card from the American Heart Association that will remain current for two years. This class is appropriate for new or renewal certification.
