Regarding Public Notices
Elgin Community College’s Public Notices are legally required to inform the public of government activities requiring citizen action. Notices must be posted on the college's website at least 30 days before the public hearing and in a newspaper 7 to 14 days prior.
Site Visit for Continuing Accreditation
Elgin Community College wishes to announce that it will host a site visit for continuing accreditation of its Associate Degree Nursing Program by the Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN).
You are invited to meet with the site visit team and share your comments about the program in person at a meeting scheduled at 2:30 pm on Wednesday, March 11, in Room A104, of Building A, located at 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin, IL 60123.
Written comments are also welcome and should be submitted to the ACEN via email at public-comments@acenursing.org or to the ACEN office:
