Elgin Community College’s Public Notices are legally required to inform the public of government activities requiring citizen action. Notices must be posted on the college's website at least 30 days before the public hearing and in a newspaper 7 to 14 days prior.
NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROPERTY TAX LEVY FOR ELGIN COMMUNITY COLLEGE 2025
A public hearing to approve a proposed property tax levy for Community College District No. 509 for 2025 will be held on December 9, 2025, at 6:30 pm at Elgin Community College, Building E, 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin, Illinois, 60123.
