Payroll Deductions

Administrative Procedure 2.201

Employees will be paid bi-weekly. Payroll deductions, voluntary or involuntary, shall be limited to the following: 

  • Any Approved Charitable Organization 
  • Professional Association Dues 
  • Federal and State Withholding 
  • State Universities Retirement Contributions 
  • Approved Credit Union or Financial Institutions 
  • Board Approved Qualified Retirement Plans/Board Approved Deferred 
  • Compensation Plans 
  • Medicare (where applicable) 
  • Social Security (where applicable) 
  • Insurance Premiums for Board-established Programs 
  • Garnishments 
  • Child Support 
  • Computer Purchase Loan Payments 
  • ECC Early Childhood Development Center 

Payments Past due obligations may invoke Administrative Procedure 2.203.
