Streamwood Center

Elgin Community College offers English as a Second Language (ESL) classes on the lower level of Streamwood Village Hall. The location has offered evening classes in this location for nearly 25 years.

To sign up for classes, follow this process:

1. Complete inquiry at www.elgin.edu/adulted
2. Complete intake – receive Class Card
3. Take a pre-test in Building B at 1700 Spartan Drive, Elgin, Illinois
4. Attend an orientation – receive placement
5. Register for classes
6. Attend class (start August - end December)
