Report student code of conduct violations, such as behavioral issues or classroom disruption.

Conduct Violation

Students are expected to engage in the practice of integrity, responsibility, and respect. The College must respond when students behave at odds with these values.

The ECC Student Code of Conduct details prohibited behaviors and activities that may require the college's intervention or action. Faculty, staff, administrators, or students may use this form to report students who violate the Code of Conduct.

Do not use this form for emergencies, such as when a student is a danger to themselves or others. Instead, contact ECC Police by dialing *7777 from any campus phone or 911.
