Report sex discrimination, sexual misconduct, harassment, discrimination, or retaliation. The Title IX Coordinator will investigate allegations and complaints regarding violations of college policies and procedures.
Report Sex Discrimination, Harassment, or Sexual Misconduct Complaints
Used by anyone at the college to report issues related to an alleged violation of the Sexual Discrimination Policy and refers to all forms of sex discrimination by employees, students, or third parties.
How to File a Title IX Complaint for Sexual Misconduct
Sexual Misconduct includes gender-based discrimination, sexual harassment, dating violence, domestic violence, sexual assault, or stalking behaviors.
By filing a Title IX complaint, you have the right to ask for an internal investigation and reasonable academic accommodation. Any inquiries or complaints regarding Title IX or the Campus SaVE Act can easily be made by filling out the form below.

How to File a Complaint for Discrimination, Unlawful Harassment, or Retaliation
Unlawful harassment and discrimination are behaviors based on someone's affiliation with a protected class or category (race, color, national origin, ancestry, sex/gender/gender identity, age, religion, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, marital status, sexual orientation, or any other status protected by applicable federal, state, or local law) that is so pervasive, persistent, or severe that it would prevent a reasonable person from taking advantage of the educational or employment opportunities Elgin Community College has to offer.
