Women's Empowerment
Celebrated in March
ECC proudly honors the leadership, strength, and achievements of women—past, present, and future—during Women’s History Month in March and all year long. Join us for inspiring events, conversations, and initiatives that celebrate the impact of women across every field and community.
This celebration honors the countless contributions that have shaped our communities, institutions, and world—many of which have historically gone unrecognized. Recognizing women’s achievements:
- Inspires future generations by showing what’s possible when women lead, innovate, and create change.
- Promotes equity and inclusion by giving visibility to diverse voices and experiences that strengthen society.
- Encourages reflection and dialogue about ongoing challenges women face in education, the workplace, and beyond.
- Builds community and connection through shared stories of resilience, leadership, and progress.
