The 3,000-square-foot ECC Fitness Center is designed for everyone—and every body. Whether you’re training for a marathon, staying active between classes, or just beginning your fitness journey, you’ll find everything you need to reach your goals.
Our state-of-the-art facility offers a comprehensive range of cardio machines, free weights, resistance equipment, and stretching areas catering to all fitness levels. The atmosphere is welcoming, inclusive, and supportive, with friendly staff ready to assist you in getting started.

Cardio Equipment
- 5 treadmills
- 4 elliptical machines
- 1 stair-climbing machine
- 3 recumbent stationary bicycles
- 3 upright stationary bicycles
- 1 rowing machine
Strength Training Equipment
- Full set of Cybex weight machines for total-body workouts
Free Weight Area
- 1,200-square-foot dedicated space adjacent to the main fitness area
- Olympic weight sets, benches, and squat racks
- Rubber dumbbells ranging from 3 to 100 pounds
