Here are some commonly asked questions about the AI Security Program.

To enroll in the AI Security program, you will need to meet the following prerequisites:

·       A high school diploma or equivalent.

·       A basic computer science and mathematics understanding, such as programming, data structures, algorithms, calculus, and linear algebra.

·       Familiarity with Python and standard data analysis and machine learning libraries, such as NumPy, pandas, sci-kit-learn, and TensorFlow.

·       A willingness to learn new concepts and skills in AI security and privacy.

Many scholarships are available for students interested in pursuing a career in artificial intelligence and cybersecurity. Some of them are:

·       AWS AI & ML Scholarship Program: Amazon Web Services offers this scholarship in collaboration with Udacity. It covers the full tuition for two nano degree programs in AI programming and deep learning and access to a new course on generative AI. Applicants must complete the AWS DeepRacer Student course and apply to Udacity.

·       CyberCorps Security Scholarship: This scholarship is funded by the US Department of Defense and administered by the National Science Foundation. It provides up to $34,000 per year for tuition, fees, living expenses, professional development, and internship opportunities. Applicants must be US citizens enrolled in a cybersecurity-related program at a designated institution and agree to work for the federal government after graduation.

·       Anita Borg Memorial Scholarship Sponsored by Google: This scholarship is named after the founder of the Grace Hopper Celebration of Women in Computing and supports women pursuing a degree in computer science or a related field. It provides $10,000 for the academic year and an invitation to attend the Google Scholars’ Retreat. Applicants must demonstrate academic excellence, leadership potential, and passion for technology.
