Exclusive Offer for New Members:

CCU will fund your $5 opening deposit when you open a new Consumers Credit Union membership in person at ECC’s Center for Financial Empowerment and Wellness or online.

Here’s how to qualify:

  • Open a new primary membership in person at ECC’s Center for Financial Empowerment and Wellness located in the Renner Learning Resources Center, Building C, or online.
  • To qualify for the $5 deposit, you must open a checking account with a Visa Debit Card.
  • Checking minimum opening deposit of $25 must be completed within 30 days of account opening, otherwise membership will be closed.

Elgin Community College is excited to announce an on-campus branch, the Center for Financial Empowerment and Wellness, through the products and services delivered by Consumers Credit Union (CCU). You can find this new branch in the Building C Library. We are excited to collaborate with CCU and ECC in financial literacy workshops and seminars. The branch will be convenient for students, employees, and community members to receive financial information.
