This event allows ECC to deliver on its mission of improving lives through learning, and is designed for local businesses as well as ECC students taking classes related to the Manufacturing and Constructon industries. Keeping workers safe is of paramount importance. OSHA experts will present eight critical safety topics to educate the business community on prevention, regulations, compliance, and reporting. Topics include:

  • Trenching and Digging
  • Safety for Temporary Workers
  • Silica safety
  • Heat safety
  • Machine Guarding
  • Powered Industrial Vehicle safety
  • Electrical Hazards
  • Emergency Planning

For businesses, admission is $99/person and includes breakfast and access to all presentations.
