Every two weeks throughout the semester we have an open, free discussion about philosophical topics. Topics have included asking what is happiness, art, the good life, and truth? We have asked is there a God, ultimate reality, and meaning of life? We have asked if we are free, conscious, good or bad or neither? The meeting begins by choosing a topic, setting the stage and serving up pizza and cookies. All who are in harmony with our mission are welcome. We especially encourage nontraditional students and community members to help provide a variety of perspectives and insights.
The event occurs on the following dates: 8/30, 9/14, 9/27, 10/12, 10/25, 11/9 and 12/7. This is every two weeks alternating Wednesdays and Thursdays.
Event last updated at 2:24 PM on Wednesday, March 6, 2024.
