Dennard Dayle's satirical Civil War novel called How to Dodge a Cannonball, which the NYTimes called "uproariously funny and revelatory..." visits Elgin Community College on Tuesday, April 14th. Please join him in the evening at 7pm, as he reads from his work, How to Dodge a Cannonball. Both events are free and open to everyone. Registration is not required, but it is highly recommended. It can help us plan, and it serves as a nice reminder as the event day/time approaches.
