Come visit our Relaxation Room, open a few hours every Wednesday. Wellness Services will provide some mindfulness tools and calming activities or bring your own! On the First Wednesday of each month join us for a guided session focused on the Wellness Dimension of the Month from11am-12pm.

Ven a visitar nuestra Sala de Relajación, abierta unas horas cada miércoles. Los Servicios de Bienestar proporcionarán algunas herramientas de atención plena y actividades relajantes o ¡trae las tuyas! El primer miércoles de cada mes únete a nosotros para una sesión guiada centrada en la Dimensión de Bienestar del Mes de 11 a.m. a 12 p.m.
