This information session will provide some context for two great new trainings:

Train the Mentor - You’ve brought in an Intern or Apprentice, but the person they’ll be shadowing doesn’t have experience as a Mentor and isn’t sure exactly how to interact with a protégé. This class teaches participants how to mentor an Intern or Apprentice, which is different than teaching, training, or even coaching. Participants will also take a personality assessment to help them uncover their potential Mentor style and understand that everyone learns differently.

Five Types of Cash Flow - Cash flow is the heart that pumps financial resources to the brain and lungs of the business. A company cannot survive without it. Just as there are several blood types, such as A, B, AB, O-, and O+, there are also several types of cash flow. This class will cover all five types and why they're so critical to know for everyone in finance and accounting roles at your company.
