This information session will provide more context for two amazing new classes:

Succession Planning - You plan to retire soon and want to either pass your business to a family member or sell it. It's your legacy, and you want to see it live on long after you've enjoyed retirement, sipping Mai Tais on the beach. That won't happen unless you have all the right things in place for the next person to grab the baton and run with it. This class teaches what you need to put in place to create a smooth hand-off.

How to Survive Inheriting a Business - Your OMG moment is about to happen. Or maybe it's already happened! You're taking on a business that someone else had owned, and you're thinking, "What in the world do I do now? How do I implement the changes I want to make while still keeping the current employees from running out the door?" We've got the answers in this class.
