Information Session - Strategy Core Concepts + Finding/Fixing Process Gaps

This session will provide information about two of our newest Executive Education classes:

Business Strategy Core Concepts – Statistics tell us strategic initiatives often fail, either from poor planning or poor execution. If you’re thinking of developing and rolling out a new strategy in 2026 or FY27, every stakeholder in the process can take this highly affordable class to learn what strategy is, analyze examples of successful strategy development and execution, and learn five of the most-used frameworks for strategic planning. 

Finding & Fixing Process Gaps – There is something within your production, communication, training, or digital process that’s getting missed, and you just can’t seem to pinpoint it. This class gives tools and frameworks for finding the gap(s), resolving the issue, and stopping losses.
